What we did

Homebase kitchen showroom teams are serving up even better service after completing a City & Guilds kitchen planning course. 

The training, which covers design, safety and ergonomics has enabled over 1,200 colleagues to use their skills to help customers create their dream kitchen.

Why we did it

Providing colleagues with the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service makes perfect business sense. The course covers all aspects of kitchen planning and helps our colleagues make confident decisions based on customers’ individual requirements.

How we did it

We worked closely with City & Guilds to design and deliver the training that will equip our colleagues with the skills and knowledge to be effective kitchen planners.
